“All of the Jane products are full of all active skincare benefits. A lot of artists say that a makeup application is just an extension to a facial. The reason being for this is no healthy skin has oil, talc, FD&C dyes, synthetic preservatives, parabens, or synthetic fragrance in it. Jane Iredale wanted to stick with the natural materials for their product line as well therefore, not to bring any harm to the skin only enhancing the skin’s natural radiation. Jane Iredale teaches the simple power of three it’s as easy as 1,2,3.

1. Select Skin enhancer (foundation): Jan e Iredale foundations are all made to be able to have light to full coverage and all made with natural skin loving ingredients. There are a variety of different base makeups to pick from it’s just a personal preference. With many different key ingredients ranging from hyaluronic acid to kelp extract. To name a few others there are hydrated silica, co-enzyme Q10, chamomile, avocado oil, and green tea extract.
2. Select a brush for the selected skin enhancer you have chosen. Why the brush is important is because when clients apply foundation with their fingers, that can cause break outs due to our hands carrying bacteria and germs, which leads to clogging pores and unwanted break outs. A brush can also help make a makeup application look much cleaner, smoother, and easier to apply to the face.
3. Select an appropriate finishing spray. There are three different finishing sprays to complete your application which will ensure your makeup looks and stays fresh all day and night. D2o, pommist, and balance are the three to choose from. These finishing sprays are going to set the minerals in place. Some key ingredients in a few of the finishing sprays are green tea extract, yland ylang flower, and white tea leaf. The finishing sprays also have calming, antiseptic properties, add hydration, and have UV protection.

Jane Iredale not only has a variety of products and colors to select from, but you can know that you are going to be continuing your skin care diet throughout your day as you wear your makeup. You won’t have to feel that your setting your skin back by the makeup line you use when you use a professional skin care line. You can look at Jane Iredale as an extension to your skin care line. It’s never too early to start taking good care of ourselves. We all need a good skincare diet.” -By Molly Brown
